It is a professional company specializing in the production of forged flanges, with fixed assets of 60 million yuan and an annual output of over 10,000 tons. Main products include Japanese, American, German, and Russian standards. We can also process products according to customer-provided drawings or samples. Main production equipment:

Material mechanical performance testing equipment: German imported portable spectrometer, carbon-sulfur analyzer, electro-hydraulic universal testing machine, hardness tester, ultrasonic flaw detection, magnetic particle flaw detection, impact test, waterline depth monitor, roughness instrument.

Cutting workshop: 7 CNC sawing machines, equipped with 1 x 10-ton crane and 1 x 3-ton crane.

Forging equipment: 3-ton flap hammer with 1T manipulator, 2000mm ring rolling machine; 2-ton flap hammer with 1000mm ring rolling machine; 560kg air hammer with 600mm ring rolling machine; 150kg air hammer with 300mm ring rolling machine. Total equipped with 2 forklifts and 3 natural gas environmental furnaces, capable of heat treatment.

Machining workshop: 21 CNC lathes, 5 ordinary lathes, 13 ordinary CNC drilling machines, 2 high-speed U drills.

Quality inspection and packaging workshop: 3 typing machines, 2 packing machines, 1 x 1000mm flange cleaning machine, 1 painting oven.

Company staff: 16 production technicians, 162 frontline production workers, 11 management personnel, over 20 packaging and quality inspection personnel.
